Return Policy
If your are not satisfied
with a product that you buy from the Body and
Bath Shop, simply return it to us with a copy
of a receipt and your transaction number.
Returns should be made within
30 days of the parcels confirmed delivery to your
area and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
To return an item, simply
contact us by email and let us know the product
that you bought and what was wrong with it. We
will record this informaiton and provide you with
a FileNumber or CaseNumber to be affixed to the
box for delivery to Returns, We reserve the right
to discontinue doing business with you if returns
become a perisistent problem.

makes you eligible for free shipping on some orders.
Shipping & International

We Ship to Canada and the
United States. Orders above $250 are eligible
for free shipping. Shipments to the United States
may, occassionally, be subject to duty charges,
fees or policy issues. We do not accept any responsiblity
for changes to international regulations; and
any related fees should be paid by the buyer.
